Morro Bay, California - May 24 - June 2, 2013

We left early Friday (May 24th) at about 5am.  We had a nice drive, and arrived at Morro State Park by 2pm check-in time.  We got a great spot (Site 100).  The cost was $35/day - no hookups.  Our site was pretty large with a water spigot nearby.  We had a nice firepit, and a level, paved site, with space for the truck.   Jessica, Erik and Myles flew into San Luis Obispo Airport, and spent the week with us.  We really had a great time.  Some highlights of our trip include:
Natural History Museum (here at the park)
Exploring San Luis Obispo
Strolling around Morro Bay
Bicycle Riding for Erik
Exploring the Tide Pools at Montana De Oro State Park
Enjoying the Farmer's Market in San Luis Obispo
Visiting the Madonna Inn
Exploring some neighboring coastal communities
Dinner at AJ Spurs in Templeton (near Atascadero)
Space 100 at Morro Bay State Park
Morro Bay Marina in the campground

Pismo Beach
